Preparedness Tip Wednesday: DIY Dehydration Remedy

Rehydration recipe:
3/8 tsp table salt
1/4 tsp salt substitute
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 2/3 tbls sugar
1 liter of water

Mix well. Drink 1 tsp every 5 minutes. If you have no vomiting or diarrhea for 1 hour increase their dose.
